Thus there is the possibility to realize JOMESA's requirements of precision and of smooth motion as well as to respond flexibly to customers' demands.
JOMESA's X Y scanning stages are characterized by utmost precision. A regular check of the scanning stage with a particle standard ensures the maximum of control according to contemporary state of the art procedures. The particle standard enables measuring and counting of particles larger than 2µm.
